01 — Site & brief
Photos, measurements, and site notes
Share deck or stair photos, rough dimensions, or drawings. We review structure, slopes, and access so the guard fits your framing and Metro Vancouver site conditions.
02 — Design & engineering
Code-aware detailing
We pick the right system—cable, glass, or picket—plus handrail grips and posts. Spacing, guard height, and returns respect BC Building Code without compromising the view.
03 — Fabrication
Shop-built for fit and finish
Cutting, welding, grinding, and dry-fitting happen in our Coquitlam shop. Welds are cleaned for powder coat or stainless finishes so the rails read smooth up close.
04 — Installation & sign-off
Anchored, aligned, and walked through
We install the same parts we fabricated, check alignment, torque hardware, and walk the rail with you or your contractor to confirm everything feels right before we leave site.
